王敏是地道的峨眉山人,也是省级非物质文化遗产峨眉茶制作技艺传承人,他的家族世代相传着独特的制茶秘诀。
Wang Min, born and raised in the Emeishan city, is a cultural inheritor of the local tea processing craftsmanship. These valuable tea-making skills have? been passed down through generations in his family.
当谈到他与茶的联系时,王敏说:“因为我从小就生长在茶山这样一个环境中,还有家族的一种传承,心里面就有对茶的一种情感,对茶有着一种爱在里面。有了情感有了爱之后,才有更大的一个信念,把手工茶这样一门技艺更好地传承发扬。”
When talking about his connection with tea, Wang Min said:“Growing up in a tea mountain environment and being part of a family tradition, I developed a deep emotional connection with tea and a love for it. With that emotion and love, I have a stronger belief in passing down and promoting the art of tea making.”
峨眉山市茶园面积达到23.26万亩,年产值达150亿元。雄厚的茶产业基础给了王敏信心,他想用家族传承的制茶技艺,打造出自己的茶文化品牌,让世界爱上中国手工茶。
The tea growing area of Emeishan city reached 155 square kilometers, with an annual output value of 15 billion RMB. The vigorous industrial foundation gives Wang Min more confidence. He wants to build his own tea culture brand based on family legacy, and make the whole world fall in love with Chinese hand-made tea.
